At Woveny, We take pride ourselves on a fair and thoughtful Return Policy.However, it’s important that our customers have final say on personal satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will work to find you the perfect replacement or facilitate a return or exchange.

RETURN POLICY

You can return the items within 7 days of receipt.
Once we receive your merchandise and confirm it is in showroom condition with original packaging and tags, we will issue your refund.
You will receive a full refund, , within 7days of our receiving the returned item.
Instead of returning the item for a full refund, the customer also has the option of using store credit.
Please note exchanges, credits, and refunds will be issued for the purchase price only; shipping charges are non-refundable.

Custom Orders: Custom orders are non-returnable, and non-refundable.You will have 36 hours from the time a custom order is placed to cancel it. After 36 hours, the order is considered a final sale and cannot be refunded.

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship free Worldwide. Orders will be ready for the shipment within 1-3 business days. We ship via Fedex or UPS. Estimated delivery time 3-5 business days. Also please contact us for your 1-3 days express delivery request.
