In the weaving sector, the most important problem of the firms producing national and international hand-woven carpets is seen as production cost and production time. Costs in the production of hand-woven carpets; labor, yarn, inventory, expenses and depreciation expenses. When the hand-woven carpet production techniques are examined in the market, it is seen that the most important problem of the firms is the length of production periods. Long production times delay the return of cost figures. This is a factor that directly affects the production costs for carpets and rugs.
